Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened products purchased in-store (or picked up in-store) within 14 days, provided you have your receipt. Please note that fabric sold by the meter is non-returnable and non-refundable, as are PDF patterns.

Our class cancellation policy requires any cancellations or changes to your registration to be made at least 72 hours before the class start date for a store credit. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior or do not attend, you will forfeit your class fee.
