DMC Aida is 100% cotton cross stitch fabric with a perfectly square weave. The clearly defined grid makes it straightforward to place stitches accurately — useful whether you’re working on a first project or a detailed design.
Aida is sold by count: the number of stitches per inch (or pts/cm in metric). A higher count produces smaller stitches and a finer finish; a lower count gives larger stitches and faster coverage. DMC recommends 14-count (5.5pts/cm) as a starting point — it’s the most widely used count in their range.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $15, primarily using Canada Post. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened products purchased in-store (or picked up in-store) within 14 days, provided you have your receipt. Please note that fabric sold by the meter is non-returnable and non-refundable. Currently, we do not accept returns for products bought online and shipped. Thank you for your understanding!
