Introducing Meg’s Office Hours. Stuck on a knitting project? Bring your WIP and spend 15 minutes with Meg, our shop owner and craft instructor. She can help you troubleshoot mistakes, make sense of a pattern, refresh a technique, work through yarn math, or figure out your next step.

You’re also welcome to book a session for a little encouragement as you try something new. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced knitter, Meg is here to help you build confidence, solve problems, and enjoy the process. Bring your project and pattern, if applicable, along with any questions you have.

Sessions are appointment-based and available Wednesdays, Fridays, and select Saturday mornings.

Pay what you can: We want everyone to be able to get help, learn something new, and feel more confident with their knitting—regardless of budget. We also recognize that Meg’s time, experience, and knowledge are valuable. Please contribute whatever feels comfortable and manageable for you. Every contribution is appreciated and helps us keep offering these sessions. No one will be turned away because of cost.
Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $15, primarily using Canada Post. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened products purchased in-store (or picked up in-store) within 14 days, provided you have your receipt. Please note that fabric sold by the meter is non-returnable and non-refundable. Currently, we do not accept returns for products bought online and shipped. Thank you for your understanding! If you have any questions, please reach out!
