Note: Holst Garn's yarns contain a bit of spinning oil and excess dye. The oil and excess dye will disappear at the first wash - and the yarn will bloom and become extremely soft.

Titicaca is an soft lace‑weight yarn spun from 100% alpaca, engineered for a delicate halo and luxurious drape. Exceptionally lightweight with a cloudlike handle, it’s ideal for fine shawls, airy garments, and next‑to‑skin layers.
Use one strand for shawls, lacy scarves, and lightweight clothing; hold two strands together for softly textured tops, lightweight sweaters, and fuller shawls with gentle loft. Or pair with other yarns - the alpaca will add softness and a light fluffiness to your project.
Note: When pairing with another yarn, increase needles by ~0.5mm (e.g., knit Coast on 3 mm → Coast + Titicaca on 3.5mm).
Perfect projects: shawls & wraps, airy sweaters, soft accessories, and layering garments.

Perfect Matches
This overview shows you Holst Garn's take on which colours from their yarns will match perfectly with each colour of Titicaca.
The colours may not be 100% identical, but together they give a harmoniously uniform shade.
These matches provide great inspiration! But what is more fun that playing with colours?! Play around and try new combos!
