We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $15, primarily using Canada Post. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened products purchased in-store (or picked up in-store) within 14 days, provided you have your receipt. Please note that fabric sold by the meter is non-returnable and non-refundable. Currently, we do not accept returns for products bought online and shipped. Thank you for your understanding! Note: Holst Garn's yarns contain a bit of spinning oil and excess dye. The oil and excess dye will disappear at the first wash - and the yarn will bloom and become extremely soft.
